 A REMINDER FROM THE ADMISSION OFFICE

 

 If you are interested in applying to International School of Morelos, Kindergarten and Primary, now is the time to pick up an application packet in the Admission Office.  The supporting documents that should accompany the application are as follows:

 

-         A certified copy of the birth certificate, or a certificate, translation if born in a non-Spanish speaking country.

-         A photocopy of the student’s vaccination records which include the dates of the shots (in English or Spanish).

-         Two photographs (one inch by one inch).

-         A photocopy of student’s visa status in Mexico and passport (if coming from abroad).

-         School  recommendation form to be sent directly to International School of Morelos.

-         CURP (if student has Mexican citizenship).

-         Proof of physical exam specifically eyes and ears.

-         Parent questionnaire.

 

Additionally, please inform the Admission Office of any changes in your address or telephone number.  We need current information to advise you of your child’s appointment for observation.
